A Minecraft fan says he was “trying to break the internet” when he attempted to build the wall in the popular online game.
The player who created the wall, named theWall, uploaded the video to Facebook in January after it was spotted by a Minecraft fan.
He claims he was attempting to build “a wall” and asked users to help him by sharing the video on social media.
TheWall posted the video in January and said he would be using a 3D printer to create the wall.
The Wall said the wall was to keep Minecraft players away from the other players in the world.
He then went on to ask people to send him “the best wall design ever”.
The Wall later wrote on Facebook that he would also be building a wall in Minecraft for other people to build, but he had not yet found the design.
In a follow-up post, he wrote: “I’m still trying to find the best wall designs.
I’ve spent a few days with a friend, and he has an amazing idea for a wall.
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know and I’ll make sure I make it happen.”
The Wall has since deleted the video, but his post has been viewed more than 2 million times.
“Trying, and failing, to break Reddit.
I’ll continue to build in Minecraft until I find the ultimate design.
Thanks for all the love and support!” he wrote.
“Just wanted to let you know that I found a great wall design, and it will hopefully be used to help build a future wall for all of you, and all of us,” he wrote in another post.
He added that he hoped the wall would also serve as a reminder that “Reddit is a place where people come together and form communities.”
In a video he posted in January, he said he hoped to build an entire “wall of the internet”.
The wall was made using a “3D Printer”, according to theWall.
He told a fan on Twitter: “Thank you so much for all your support, I am finally able to build something in Minecraft!”
He later posted the same video to Reddit.
“Thank God I got to do this,” he said in the video.
